We see on a daily basis how challenging it is to be a General Contractor, which is why we have focused on the comprehensiveness of our investment service, offering support at every stage of an electrical contract. 

  • consultancy and arranging all necessary permits and formalities, 

  • design work including inter-branch agreements, 

  • implementation of the contract under continuous supervision of our engineering staff,         

  • acceptance procedure of the investment including preparation of as-built documentation and physical participation in the whole procedure, 

  • guarantee and post-guarantee service as well as constant care of the investment.

Business continuity and a sense of security are difficult to assess, however, at the time of a failure or a fortuitous event, such as e.g. a fire, we are able to accurately estimate our losses, if only for the purpose of claiming compensation from an insurance company. That is why many clients decide to take advantage of a permanent service, which makes it possible to eliminate some of the risks related to improper operation of electrical and telecommunication systems. 

  • consulting, getting to know the specifics of the facility, the documentation of the facility, i.e. manuals, measurement results and establishing the scope of support, 

  • development of a cooperation model, taking into account all the requirements including official requirements, such as related to construction law and energy law,   

  • implementation of the agreement, cyclical performance of the activities specified in the cooperation model, e.g. inspections, measurements, removal of failures and preparation of the agreed documentation after completion of the tasks.
