The beginnings of our company date back to the 1990's, specifically to the year 1996. For a few years from the start, due to a large number of individual customers, we were completing projects of a smaller scale and scope, to become one of the leading electrical companies in Łódź voivodeship after a dozen years.
At present, the company is owned by brothers Mariusz and Kamil Dąbrówka who, thanks to their experience gained in service companies of the construction and telecommunication sectors, are successively building the brand, potential and increasing the range of ELTECH company, operating not only in Poland, but also in the EU community.
Implementation of electrical projects, mainly in single-family houses as well as small and medium-sized enterprises of the private sector.
Increase in employment and expansion of the portfolio of institutional clients. Gaining the cooperation of such brands as: ATLAS (one of European largest manufacturers of chemical products for the construction industry), ADAMED (one of the ten largest pharmaceutical companies operating in Poland), GDDKiA (Polish General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways).
The global crisis has contributed to the collapse of the construction industry. The companies of the installation branch have been hit very hard by the crisis.
Change in the position of company owner. Succession and continuation of the business, run by the next generation.
Eltech becomes a partnership run by siblings Kamil and Mariusz Dąbrówka. We begin a new stage of dynamic development of the business.
Winning new major contracts, investments in modern machine fleet (Milwaukee battery powered equipment) to increase ergonomics and safety at work, recruitment of engineering staff for the design and execution department. Development of a growth strategy for the coming years.
Due to the growth of our business we have decided to implement a quality management system: ISO 9001:2015. The certification body was DEKRA. In May 2021 we started our first foreign implementation. The expected completion date was the third quarter of 2022.
Purchase of a Caterpillar mini-excavator, a scissor lift, storage-welfare containers and measuring equipment to support decision-making processes at the design and execution stages.
September 2022 saw the commissioning of our first photovoltaic industrial system of a total power of 0.7 MW. As part of the Contract, we were responsible for all stages of this project, i.e. design, obtaining all the required approvals and permits (including the construction permit), execution with supervision, procedure of acceptance by the relevant services and commissioning of the installed system.

Since 2015, Eltech has been steadily growing and acquiring more qualified employees. Their capabilities are best proved by the completion of numerous large construction projects.
Currently the team comprises of more than 30 people and consists of :
management staff: company owners, works/contract managers,
conceptual staff: designers, cost estimators,
supporting staff: warehousemen, prefabricators, office support, human resources, accounting
construction staff: foreman, electrical fitters, helpers, subcontractors.
